Just watched The Inception. Yeah, I know, I'm pretty slow at such things.
Well, cannot say that I'm impressed by the movie: it lacks something. Don't know what yet, but it certainly lacks something.
I expected to see as astonishing film as the Revolver was, but I saw one more creepy story about dreams versus reality or, better to say, reality versus dreams.
I wanted to see a story about person who treats thieft as an art. Even more - who treats his job as a lifetime choice, but instead I see a man - an ordinary man - who's trapped in his own guilt. Of course, he dealt with this. All heroes deal with their guilts, fears, etc. Still, this final leaves me... unsatisfied a little.
Pobably, The Inception needs closer consideration in other mood, 'cause at the moment i'm not fighting with my inner demons. Now I live with a belief that whatever I'll face in my life, I'll handle it.

01.12.2010 в 01:37Revolver lack this balance. There is an idea, and there is poor realisation of it. I like actor, but nevertheless I don't like characters... There are not... real? I mean, that distracts audience. Moreover, Inception is confusing, but Revolver is 100 times more confusing. That is also very bad.
People need to differ film and ideas in the film... This is important.
Just a few more years and I'll be expert in these things. ^^
